Attention designers..need tour pages re-designed!

What I'm looking for is a redesign of some tour pages. While I believe 70-80% of your sales comes from the content you display on your tour pages, I also think the WAY it is displayed has a lot to do as to whether or not you get sign ups.

So, what I'm looking for someone who TRULY has the ability to think "outside the box" and come up with a different, yet attractive looking design for tour pages.

I've got 3-4 sites that really need a "new look" and wanted to see if you think you had any unique ideas for these sites..and these are gay paysites.

So, if you can show me a design approach that is not a typical "cookie cutter" that's been used to death, would definitely like to talk to ya about doing some re-designs.

Can reach me here: ijay333 at yahoo dot com

Thanks!

I will send you an e-mail today.. I would like to see the content you have to brainstorm the ideas for a unique, converting design.. Someone needs to develop an "outside the box" tour for sure.. Most of the stuff just looks the same..

It's not really rocket science but it does seem like the vast majority of designers just roll the sites out with one rectangular box after another with the main jpg in a large size and you click on it to see the video that plays and along the right (or left) side of the box are 2-4 smaller jpegs..and you scroll down the page, and REPEAT the same as the above, with different jpegs and and video of course.

I know there are limitations on what designers can do with lines and text, but whoever comes up with something that is NOT your standard "box tour" is going to do very well in this biz.

But don't become famous till after ONE of you redos my sites! lol!

I agree with what you say centurion. But i disagree with some of your statements.

The blame lies mainly with the clients. They dont want designers to think outside the box.
As soon as you say the words conceptual and out of the box.. they run a mile.

If nobody orders "out of the box" stuff.. then its never going to appear on your portfolio, and then nobodys going to ask for it becuase they see no examples of it on yoru portfolio. Id love to do more conceptual stuff, but it requires that my clients have some courage.

true.. but the best would be the client and the designer teamed up.. ideas are thrown from both ends.. a lot of clients mainly do is just send their content and leave it up to you..

nice portfolio by the way.

This is true. If a webmaster wants something different, they do have to ask for it.
