I have some one-word porn domains.
examples(not mine): sex.com, porn.com, ass.com
But I am not satisfied with PPC earn.

You develop my domain(s) and we divided the earnings 50%.
Contract of 12 months(renewable) with the following rules:
A)You have 12 months to put and to hold the domain(s) AlexaRank below 15,000
B)50%++ of the USA traffic
c)We will share the login/password in affiliate programs

I mean will it be a contractual agreement,

and for how long do you split the profits? Until the work is done and the partner isn't needed?

If it is what you say it is, sounds like a very good opportunity.

it will be unlimited renewals(each 12 months) since he hold the traffic

the partner that will send the payments for me(50%).
affiliate program will be in the name and address of him.
