I never miss a deadline - if I promise you posts/articles for Friday that means you'll get them on Friday: no excuses, no sick relatives, no bullcrap. If I miss a deadline (that has never happened before), you will be compensated one way or another - you'll get a few free posts, partial refund, etc.
