Though, I'm not sure why you are required to send it via a Java application as PGP implementations exist for every other common language/platform.

thanks for the links, but i tried bc, without luck. maybe it's because i'm coding for 18 hours nonstop now. so i'm looking for someone, who can instruct me on icq.
