I have decided to let this movie trailer site go extremely cheap because I need the funds. The site is only a few months old but I can gaurantee your investment will be made back in 3 months, or I will refund.

The Site
The website is a movie related site where visitors can come in and watch different movie trailers. The domain is registered with GoDaddy and is good until 2010. Visitors must complete a survey to watch the movie trailers and that is where most of the revenue is earned. It currently has 50 pages indexed in Google.

Traffic
Traffic has come from a variety of places. I promoted the site via some movies on YouTube and it also receives some search engine traffic and backlink traffic. I have also submitted the site to a number of social bookmarks which it receives some traffic from. Below are some screenshots:

Revenue
The site earns revenue from two different sources, Adsense and CPALead. The CPALead leads pay around $0.45-$1.00+ per lead. Below are some screenshots of revenue proof:
