This website was established in its current form in November 2007, one month before the current global economic recession "officially" began.

It currently receives anywhere from 1-3,000 organic hits per day.

Strong backlinks in sites like Best Of The Web (BOTW.ORG), Wikipedia, and several news and .edu links.

The current base revenue of the website is ~$900 per month running adsense alone and this has been sustained for more than a year (proof will be provided to serious offers) but obviously while adsense is easy it is NOT a lucrative way to monetize traffic.

The BIN is calculated by a few different factors including the future revenue of the site, 60 months is more than I factored in but it sure sounds good

This is not a parked domain so I don't believe that value is completely dictated by revenue anyway.

I'm just saying if it's making around $800-900 per month then a BIN of $60,000 is surely 60 months revenue atleast.

The domain is good, but wouldn't say that made it worth $60k either.

I wish I was enlightened enough to want to spend $60k on a domain name with the subject matter meaning not having or not making money.

Even better if the price is set based on the expectation of 5 years of consistent google earnings.
