Come on now, must you follow me around and try to tarnish my reputation simply because I decided against an offer we had discussed? You continue to tell me we had a "business agreement" although no paperwork was ever signed. To me the offer was more than enough for the domain, it was the additional aspect of percentages that after a little thought steered me away from the deal.

In regards to Hogtied.tv my offer still stands. This is the only guy you will find to say that I don't "follow through" on my offers.

FYI: Some facts: the domain is FetishBoard.com with an agreed selling price of $1000 which i gave you a break on from $1500. Second, a valid business agreement can either be verbally made or made in written form by email. EMAIL STANDS UP in a court of law as the written agreement dude. I know because I have won a claim with it before. And there was no aspect of percentages there was an aspect of traffic which YOU YOURSELF offered to be part of the deal in the FIRST place. Then finally I waived that just to make it easier for you to pay (you had made excuses about not paying) and come through with the deal. When you make repeated excuses and promises about paying later you show your clear intent to come through with the deal. Dude I have been more than nice to you. You could have at least emailed back man I can't pay, so I could put FetishBoard.com back on the market for others. Instead you ignored everything until a month ago when you emailed me wanting to buy some other domains of mine you saw in a GFY post. And I was like: this guy again? WTF?

My initial response was to jump down your throat after reading this response, but rather I dug up the emails where we had discussed things. My recollection of things were a bit different from how they happened, I now see that I did not offer a final response - which I admit is a bad business practice. Long story short I liked the domain, the cost was quite a bit higher than I have ever paid for a domain, and could see that you were looking for something more. Since it didn't match my current business interests to the tee it would have taken me quite some time to build it up and recoup on investment costs and the traffic aspect. So, in this one instance, I should have thought it through further before making the offer. I, at least, should have given notice that I had decided against it. Up until now I thought I had, but after reading through the emails I realized that I did not. I did not however make repeated excuses, I was genuine in everything that I said. From the business point of view you must also agree that it is wise on my part to ensure I am making a good investment for my business. After some thought (though it should have been done before the offer) I came the the conclusion that it was not a wise business decision for me. Does that make me shady or unreliable? No. Although I will admit it was a mistake on my end. To me we were going through negotiations and never decided on an exact agreement. In the end no hard feelings on my part, although I am sure it is not mutual. You seem like a good guy, you were genuine and understanding. Yet a failed negotiation should be no reason for you to try and tarnish my reputation and future endeavors. You are 100% right that I should have at least emailed you back and it is very unlike me to not do so but are you really going to hold it against me forever?

I also apologize to Cunning for hijacking the thread with this, although it obviously was not intended to happen. Hogtied.tv does fit my current business interests and my offer does still stand. If you want to take into consideration everything that was said in here that is completely understandable. Although labeling me as someone who does not follow through with their offers is rather inappropriate. You can find plenty of people here that I have done repeated business with that will tell you I don't back out of my deals. Business is just like every other aspect in life, we make mistakes from time to time. Although we want to ensure these are minimal, at times they are unavoidable.

I'm in no hurry to sell st0ned, so I'll leave it out there for a few weeks before coming down on price. It's a perfect domain for someone pushing Kink.com's hogtied live sets in particular, or for a competitor's bondage site in its own right. I just haven't had the time to do much with it.

I've not pushed kink.com's stuff for over 3 years, so the sales are not all that much. Email me if you're serious, I'm not posting them here.
