SEEKING: Designer & CSS expert for part-time work

We're looking for someone who can put in a few hours of solid work per day. You'll be working mostly on Landing Pages and Banners. Your code must be W3C Compliant. It's very important we find someone who's been doing this for awhile. If you're familiar with some ajax/javascript that's a plus. You must know gif animation. We pay well.
