I'm selling this one at a steal. This high traffic, very popular 'shock site' has been averaging 3,000+ unique hits per day. Great Alexa rank. The site has adult content, but you of course could do whatever you want with it. However, it's probably in your best interest to keep the content the same to maintain the high flow of traffic. Lots of money to be made with affiliates with this kind of traffic.

The traffic comes from forums, shock site directories, Reaction videos on youtube, word of mouth, etc. It's an established site and name, and people will be referring to it for years to come. I see a lot of people googling jarsquatter and hitting "I'm feeling Lucky." The site's PR with Google is a 4.

I have traffic screenshots, alexa traffic chart, and other stuff I wanted to include in this post but it says I can't post URLs until I've made 30 posts or more...

Regarding monthly revenue... with 90,000+ visitors each month, revenue is certainly there. I mostly advertise MyFreePaysite as my sole advertisement on the page. However, I promote MFP on all of my sites using the same affiliate code (there's no way to track how many signups each site gets).

Adult Friend Finder used to be my main affiliate. I had AFF on jarsquatter for a relatively short period, maybe 4 months? In that time it got 83 paid memberships with AFF. As some of you know, people who buy memberships is nice because you get reoccurring orders that act as residuals each month, hehe. Jarsquatter wasnt even that popular when I had the friendfinder ads up, so it could probably do really well now with the right paid membership affiliate -- I feel as though people have grown used to AdultFriendFinder though, in general.

If you can justify your asking price with revenue it would definitely help with the sale. I know about the traffic considering I run one with over 1 million uniques per month. I paid 3k for it roughly 4-5 years ago. At the time traffic was much higher than it is now and PR5.
