I simply have too much going on lately, and so many sites I need to farm out some of the work or find a good webmaster to run things. I don't have time to run them all myself, and I do not want them to fall into oblivion. Some I have built, and simply not had time to launch with everything else going on. So here's the scoop.

Assets:
* 1 Celebrity Tube Membership Site
* 1 Celebrity Feet Membership Site

Provided:
* Managed Dedicated Hosting
* Assistance on Running from Experience
* Celebrity Blogs for Link Juice.
* Updates to the CF Site/Blog Posts

Responsibilities:
* You Will Update CT Site with Content. Including Descriptions.
* You Will Update CF Site with Content.
* You Will Promote Both Sites to Get Traffic & Memberships

Daily Time Commitment:
1-2 Hours Per Day. Depending on Many Factors.

Cost:
* You Can Keep ALL Membership Revenue.
* You Will Pay Me $300.00 per Month (includes hosting)

I will sign a 3 month, followed by a 12 month operating agreement with the WM.

Whether you make $500 or $5000.00 you can keep the membership money for yourself. I simply ask you pay for the hosting, and for use of the assets. Which is more than fair considering the amount of content already available.

Plus my assistant can help you. She can make some blogs, update them, and link juice them for you. You just have to promote additionally from there. Driving traffic and sales. You will get some partial CF pay site updates done for you via CRON over time. However, you still need to be doing the work yourself.

My intention is to have some WM who can come in and run my various sites with the assets I can provide for a low flat monthly rate. You would require a dedicated box for this content anyway. However, I do not want the sites to die off, or waste the money developing them. But I frankly have no time to deal with many of these any more.
