as we spoke on the phone, our exchange came at a very weird time, right when the ach drama was going down. I dropped the rate to near nothing in exchange for the wait.

OMG, I hate scammers so much. I got done for a few thousand once, after chatting to the guy for days. I don't know how some people live with themselves.

Even if you can trace the guy it'll be too much effort to get justice. Yet the police will chase someone all over town for stealing a hat.
