That's the thing, in theory you're not breaking the law. But everyone knows the problem is the law was not made when the internet was around. So dont pretend illegal stuff just got legal, you just have to wait until the law catches up and makes it illegal again like you always knew it was. Just because you found a way to get away with it, doesnt make it ok

nah that won't happen, the furthest i could ever see them go is not allow cc's to process the real extreme stuff, but major processors don't allow that now anyway.

I think making it as difficult as possible for us is as far as they can go - stoppping CC processing would be like saying people cant look at porn.

That would be a step to far (I hope)

You would be surprised of the results of a poll like :

                          - Which activity would you prevent banks and financial outfit to process:
                          1. On line gambling
                          2. On line pornography
I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

They are making it illegal to process gambling transactions online, due to the illegallity of online gambling. What grounds would they make it illegal to buy porn online? Because it's dirty?

and this on the day that Harrah's Entertainment, the world's biggest casino operator, has received a $15bn (£8bn) takeover offer from two private equity firms.
