I had some stupid little name I bought as a joke last year. Never even put anything on it. It expired a few days ago. I did NOT get any sort of reminder prior to that. However, this morning I get an email telling me that it expired last week and that I have to pay an 80 dollar "redemption" fee if I wanna renew it during the 30 day "grace period".

First and LAST time I will use them. They can lick the brown sweat from the crack of Boy Alleys ass.

ive been throwing away letters from those assholes about domains expiring for two weeks now.. what did it for me is when i had to change my email and needed to fax them a fucking id 4 times before it was "light enough for them to identify me in the picture" lol those cock smokers never seen me before, like it needs to be a color copy.

Sorry I haven't been posting as often as usual, everybody! There have been 2 trade shows in the past 3 weeks and I have only had off and on access to my computer.

I know that there are GoDaddy and other registrars customers who have not experienced any problems, or haven't had problems significant enough to make them want to change registrars.

It is not just about changing registrars because of problems. It is about being confident that your domain name assets are safe, and how hard your registrar works for you.

The only thing I can state is that the policy at Moniker and for me, is to work my ass off for my clients. It is a tremendous thing for me to be able to be able to look out for my client's interests, to be able to call them if there is an domain name available that helps in their goals, or to have them call me with questions or goals.

I have a special email account that I use for NOTHING but domain stuff and one or two other little things. It gets maybe 3 emails a day and I obviously read them all. There was NO email sent to me before today from CrapDaddy. Period.
