My quotes wil typically run 10 to 20 pages and they basically just reiterate what the client has told me, just put into a logical. step by step order.

He brought this to the boards over a month ago and you promised to pay him back, you should have sent the money by the next day. You said you didn't have internet access for two weeks after the agreement was made. Then walk your ass to the library and inform him of your situation and offer him a refund at that point.
