The issue does have merit. All of the idiots here who don't think so can kiss my ass. ANYONE who wants to sue is welcome to do so. I am ready and I will be waiting. Anyone who needs the address to serve process at can send me an e-mail. Thats the great thing about America. With a couple of hundred bucks, anybody can head down to the courthouse and file a lawsuit.

I would guess that the number of adult sites with affiliate programs of any kind, much less NATS specifically, is far less than 95%. The notion that everyone is going to think it is safer to go to a malware-ridden torrent site now than properly join a site which produces content they enjoy . . . well, I don't think that is good for the industry or the consumers.
