1) you declare your income to your tax authorities
2) you sign on the dotted line
3) you can't "unsign" it
4) you can't "undo" the fact that you just committed multiple serious crimes.

there is no way to say "everyone will get caught" anymore than i can say "everyone will get AIDS and die from fucking Jenny" ... however... any sane person can agree that fucking Jenny without a condom, knowing there is the potential to get AIDS ... or even risking fucking her at all is pretty retarded.

i am constantly stunned by the ignorance of people in this area and the fact that people act like paying or not paying taxes is an option that you can just opt out of without consequences. ... or that people can even think "oh, i bet i won't get caught with my anonymous debit card" as if trillions of dollars haven't already moved around the world that way and there is just nothing any tax authority can do about it.... so someone did something and didn't get caught? so what? that has nothing to do with placing appropriate values on risk vs reward.

No. The IRS is not constantly auditing everyone and every company.

However,.. myself personally. I guess I have earned too many things in life, or appreciate the fact I do not have to look over my shoulder, worry about being audited and it popping up all kinds of shady shit, having the specter of tax fraud hanging out there so I can sleep at night. Yes. When you sign a federal document, that compounds your bullshit btw. Same for mortgage paperwork.

Call me a tax paying punk ass bitch but I do not want some bullshit creeping up in life when I am not expecting it. Electronic banking transactions leave a paper trail the government, especially since the new banking laws of 9-11, can easily trace and track if you get in their cross hairs.

While I have no intention of being IN uncle sam's cross hairs. I still prefer to not have to worry about it either. Peace of mind and being able to sleep at night is worth a few extra grand in tax payments.

2. DJ unbanned in GFY amnesty.
3. DJ returns endlessly personal attacks me and trolling my business threads.
4. DJ is warned by Eric.
5. DJ continues to do it.
6. DJ continues to sling insults and troll me.
7. DJ then posts my personal information. Which is not on a WHOIS mind you. Post that on the board. Posts personal pictures (which you removed when the same was done of him) and now I am being threatened with a ban??
