My guess is hahaha's acquisition appetite was bigger than his current capabilities and he doesn't/didn't have the infrastructure to develop this property to were he envisioned it to go.

Rude $1 pay per sign up was moderately good a few months ago, but last 3 maybe 6 months, either they have lost the ability to convert for free or there is something wrong with their stats.

Below is a comparison of the last 3 x 3 month periods with actual figures. All traffic from same source (GEO IP redirected SE traffic).... 100% clicked from my redirection page ( http://www.lagc.info/index6.html ) to rude.
