Looks like all the traffic was sent during the last month or so, you can't really judge on the "2" rebills in that case.
You should be able to track some of the infos back with your Billing provider and find out WHY membership were cancelled, their customer service peeps always ask for the reason of the cancellation, and you should have access to that.

kman post screenshots of the female usernames, the ip adresses of those who signed up, and basicly all the proof they were carding you, Or dump the argument, pay them and move on to the next problem.

Basicly, turbo posted the proof they made the signups (stats screenshot), so it would be very very very easy for you to post your part of the proof that he was carding, and according to gfy rules you MUST proof this part or be banned.

as a disclaimer, im not taking sides here, i dont know either of you two, but i do know that if i see something posted like carding signups i defo want to see the proof of it all, so far Kman is at epic fail in proving the fraudulent signups.

I would have loved to see some screen shots from the other side, so this thing can be dealt with on a more faster way.

I still haven't seen proof from rehab dollars that turboface was carding until then I'm putting rehab dollars on our black list. Any program can say hey that person is carding and not pay them without proof so until rehab shows proof they are on our black list.

I would say his program is turning to shit now cause of the two threads. I wouldn't worry about getting him banned, if he gets banned he goes away and people forget. If he stays around and these threads stay around, he will have to change his domain name and company name. I know one thing he hasn't posted any proof what so ever of the affiliate scamming his program allegedly, so I would be talking to a lawyer or paying him a visit.

Before this thread goes into triple digits, for him to save his program, he better present some proof or pay the affiliate by Monday. That would be a wise decision.

Tell that to EVERY other high payng PPS program out there. This is the way It's been done for 10+ years and It's even worse in mainstream. Atleast these x-sell's are above the submit button and not like many other big programs do It with hidden text and the x-boxes half a page below the submit button etc. Get a clue.

The problem is these NATS programs MP3A or whatever you want to call them, don't auto approve the commission, it sits there till accounting approves it by hitting the button which is not right at all. This allows for manual shaving of sign ups. These programs are not fool proof and never work in the favor of the guy working his ass off to try and make some money that's for sure. If the program auto approved the sign up then no one would be looking for excuses to disapprove the payments. Maybe I'm wrong on this because I don't promote NATS type systems anymore so I don't know how their software works now. My point is, he should have gotten paid for anything over the charge backs, not an account cancellation to where Kman keeps the rebills or any money he didn't actually refund. Whata big scam indeed and not by the affiliate. Not a good way to run a legit program and call yourself honest.

There should be a site out there that rates these affiliate programs, any program caught stealing money from affiliates should be shut down by the hosting company. HAHAHAHAHA
