    Anyone heard from CyberSexNetwork lately?

I've been with CSN since 2001 and they have been wonderful to work with. I've never had a pay period without a check, they have never missed a check in all these years and whenever I have had a question their accounting dept. has been spot on with answers.

Now, I can no longer log in to my webmaster area at CSN (password no longer works) and I have not seen a paycheck in 2 periods (first time in 9 years). I have emailed support, Dave from CyberAge and their accounting dept and I haven't heard a thing for two weeks. This is extremely out of character and so I'm wondering if anyone has heard if CSN has folded or why I can't reach anybody there. Again, they've been the greatest folks to work with which is why this is so out of character.

    Best regards,
    Dan Underhill

You haven't seen a paycheck from CSN for some time. That sucks. Good luck.

I am having the same login issues with Cyberage, and also haven't received a response from support or Dave.

However, I did receive a Cyberage check a few days ago, so I'm hoping that this is just a database issue or something.

I called them on the phone and told them what's been going on. The guy at webmaster support just said "he'd look into it" but when asked if anything was wrong with CSN or if it is now gone he just said again that "he'd look into it." Hopefully it's just computer glitches that they were unaware of, but we'll see.

Same issue here - I haven't been able to log in to the webmaster area for about 2 weeks, and I sent at least a few emails to support with no response whatsoever.

I phoned them twice. The webmaster support person I talked with said he only deals with CyberAge, not CyberSexNetwork and that division is handled by different people. He said that I could not talk to them, but he will forward them my information. I asked if Dave is available for information and he told me that Dave is on "extended leave" and has no idea when he'll even back. His answers were vague and evasive so unless I hear information with veracity to the contrary, it appears that CSN has some problems that they are not willing to talk about. Again, CSN was my first AVS and my biggest payer of them all and seemed to have the best customer service of any that I was involved in. So, a complete ceasing of all payments, locking out webmasters, evasive answers on the phone and ZERO replies from all email sources paints a dark picture. Dave are you here? Can you comment and/or help?

OK, well I finally got a response. I received an email saying that my account was being "audited", whatever that might mean and that I now have access restored. I'm still missing several payments so hopefully they can get those rectified soon. I found it curious that when I phoned tech support, told them I have been emailing for several weeks with no response, he saw no problem with that and told me that I just need to be a little more patient. He thought several weeks was OK. I'm sorry, but several weeks without a single response? At 2257Safe we reply to emails 99.9% of the time within one day, usually within one or two hours at the worst.

I still haven't heard anything, and I'm still locked out of my account. I actually have a CyberAge webmaster account rather than CyberSexNetwork. I'll try calling them next week and see if I have any better luck.

I have no desire to cause any problems because Cyberage has always been wonderful to me. However, I am also unable to log into my account after many years of using it and making good sales. My attempts at contacting support have also gone unanswered.

Email me directly Dan, I'll check your account, I know the guys are cleaning up the links list with broken sites, dead links and sites with no updates in years, but if your account got deactivated for no reason then something is wrong.

Same thing happened to me. Haven't been able to get into my CSN or CA stats areas since September. No payments since then either. I have (had?) rebill accounts on both systems and can only assume new sales are rolling in too.

Been with CA since it was AC, and CSN since its debut.

Tried multiple phone calls and e-mails, I either got no response or the run-around.
