I was told from a pretty reliable source that Gamelink bought them. But then was told from another good source that it is Manwin, but the deal was complicated. So I don't know what the real deal is. If someone else knows, we'd all like to know... spill it.

Here is the irony if Manwin owns both GFY and AVN... all of the companies that have been getting ass fucked by them due to stolen content, will now PAY them for advertising. Would be a fitting for the biz I suppose. Now everyone can stroke them AND pay them to steal their shit.

If true, EXCELLENT work on Manwin's behalf and an epic win for them. Unfortunately, it would be an epic fail for the industry as a whole.

Honestly, it's what the industry deserves. Someone should have broken their knees when they first started. Instead everyone continued to do business with them, and still do, and now they are going to pay them while they rip them off.

Absolutely brilliant plan. Steal from everyone. Get all the traffic with that stolen content. Buy all the tubes and sites you can. Buy the industries leading media outlet and largest board, then totally legitimize your business model and get paid by the very people you fucked over along the way.

Good morning everybody, I understand why all of sudden AVN is big news again, but me and Theo have been with the company for almost 2 years now and we never hided our role. Theo has been leading AVN's board for over a year now and I have been in many events all over Europe talking to a lot of people about it.

Just to be clear its not Gamelink or Manwin or Private related to AVN and GFY. We raised investment capital we have been AVN's partners for over a year now. Paul Fishbein is of course still the President and part of the company and he is here to stay. He built the company near 3 decades ago and I really admire the work he had done. I never hided that I think AVN should have done many things differently or even failed hard on some things, but we believe we can change that and work hard to do so.

We are still in Vegas fighting with the logistics of the shows,has been a hell of a week! Driving to LA in a couple of hours so we will be online later on to answer all questions. Nothing to hide here, quite the opposite. We haven't bragged about it, has been a very hard year for both of us, trying to restructure and change many things. Furthermore there is always a learning curve and especially for companies like AVN and Gfy even more.

We are very excited about all this and we do think we can really improve many things. Future will show. Acts are bigger than words. We both are online people and have a strong development background both in adult and in mainstream and we want always to go forward.
