My first round did not go exactly has I had planned. I found a lot of interest, but few with the skills or work ethic to build something on this scale. This time around I have made a few changes to tease out the right candidate.

* Access to Programmers and Web Developers.
* Part Time Assistance from my Assistant/SEO-Link Builder
* NATS/CMS/MB Software if Needed
* Merchant Account or Third Party Processing
What YOU bring the to table?
* $1000.00
* Time and Commitment. YOU would be doing the daily updates and work.
Why Would This Appeal to You?
* You get 50% of the revenue. Whether site developed and sold, or monthly recurring.
* Less risk for you.
* Access to tens of thousands of dollars in hosting, scripts, content, resources.
Summary:
This is really an opportunity for someone who wants to basically be the captain of the ship, and knows what they are doing to deliver results. You limit the amount of money you have to invest in this. You get access to a ton of resources. Whether a property is developed and sold, or built into an adult program, you share in the revenue 50%.
I prefer someone based in the U.S. or Canada (travel convenience), but will consider listening to proposals from other places. I am not looking to take money out of this immediately, so most of the money coming in would go to you/staff/hosting/etc.. I am looking at this as a long term venture and platform to launch some other things down the road I am working on as spin offs.
I have no real interest in running the day-to-day operations beyond making sure it's legit and legal. You would basically develop and run the operation. I am available for any guidance. I would just provide all of the resources needed for it to grow.

I have a ton of resources, content and connections and experience to bring to the table. I am simply looking to find someone else to essentially be given the ball and run with it. I suppose you can view it as the 'silent investor' per se.
