Fraud Alert: Jim Carter
This is a fraud alert to my fellow colleagues and adult webmasters, warning you against dealing with Jim Carter aka James R. Carter, formerly wholly or co-owner of the adult content website http://www.Content2Die4.com
My dealing with this thief began quite well back in January where I ordered a large content package from the above website, and transferred money to this account, copied and pasted from an email of his.

In return Jim Carter provided FTP access to a server hosting all the content and I began a several day long download process. Once completed I copied all of the content to a backup hard drive.
Now fast forward to end of September 2006, where I experienced a hard drive crash on both content hard drives with one day of each other, how rare is that? So to clarify, before I got a chance to buy another hard drive and make another backup, the second actual backup died too
I immediately contacted Jim Carter at his email address [email protected] and CC’ed [email protected], and via email and ICQ he agrees to put on an updated content package, old already bought content plus updates, on a hard drive and FedEx it to me for $395, $100 for a hard drive, $250 for content and $45 for shipping, I have transcript of the ICQ conversation if any should be curios. I immediately transfer money this time to his PayPal account [email protected] and notify Jim Carter via email which replies the hard drive will be shipped the next day.
Almost two weeks later I email and ICQ Jim Carter again, as I had not heard anything from him since our agreement. He excuse was and I quote his words and spelling exactly:
“i lost yuor email please email me sir”
“i am out having dinner , we had all the floods here sir and shit storms i do best to get ready in the net 48 hours and ready to you , all was stuck in doors for 4 days”.
And here is his email response after I gave him the “forgotten” one via ICQ.
“sir sorry for beind late i am not sure you saw al the
stroms and floods that hit philippines and mess up lot
, pleae give me a couple of exter cday sand i will
get it out to yo ok sir sorry my parnter home wiped
out tell em when on line and can meet there ok
thansl”
10 Days later I email this:
“Jim,
What exactly is the status of the hard drive replacement content? It has now been three weeks since I transferred $395 to your PayPal account.
Do you have the hard drive?
Have you copied the content over to the hard drive?
Have it been shipped to me? If not when will it be shipped?
I need the content BAAADDDDD
”
And here is his reply:
“sir was sent out i am in japan today i will get the
track info tomarow3 and send you ok”
3 Weeks later after no communication or delivery I email him again:
“James,
You disappoint me! It's been 3 weeks since you promised to send it out "tomarow3".
If you can not ship the hard drive with the promised content this week, I request and immediate REFUND of the money I transferred to your PayPal account. That money I will then use to send to a Lab who can recover my hard disk data! ”
After 3 days of no reply I email again:
“Ok my patience is gone!
1½ month since I paid in full!
Jim (James) you got one (1) day left in this week to send what was promised and what I paid for in full, or I will make sure this sad story. Including your FULL contact information reaches every adult webmaster forum on the planet, besides filing a charge on you for fraud with the Philippines Police Dept. ”
And here is his reply:
“first place your shit was sent got , next place dont
treaten me sir bad move got it ,
next place know laws more got it ,
next place i dont live philippines made a ass your
self there , next pretty hard to do such , got ,
it was sent reg mail as i said in the last letter to
you for the fedex wanted to open it and go threw it
and that is a no no
so again your words yuo need to watch it if not there
the first of the week we will send your funds back and
you can just go look other place we dont deal and
dont have to with shit letters of the kind treats will
get you no place trust me on that with me , only more
of a shit letter back good day , i am always on msn
and yahoo chat as i said before i dont use icq any
more”
Anyways after many more emails, several where I vain ask for shipping receipts and tracking numbers, many more excuses including losing my address, and the passing of PayPal 45 day deadline for filing a dispute, and yes of course they won’t provide me with his address those cocksuckers, I have now given up ever receiving the promised hard drive with content or a refund. But at least I can warn all of you reading here of ever dealing with Jim Carter aka James R. Carter of the Philippines.

If anyone from the Philippines is reading this, and who has the means of locating Jim Carter’s address please let me know for a USD reward. If you can locate and confront him and get the $395 out of him I will reward you half the amount.
