SEO-Link Building. Does This Service Exist?

I am not sure what I am looking for exists in a single person, or entity, but I will give you the overview. I have a number of projects in different stages of development, and being worked on or finished. I do not have the resources to fully develop everything needed on launch, but I do not want the site sitting idle so time to bring in specialist.

Here is what I am looking for....

1. You build linkex (free link building script) into site(s).

2. You develop a link building strategy for each new site.

3. You build links for the new site with link lists, top lists, similar sites using PR and other methods. This includes any recip link, banner, whatever needed. But without fucking up site designs.

4. You are involved in the SEO of website pages to make sure good optimization for SERPS.

5. If link trading scripts are a good tool,.. build and manage links for new site to get optimized SERPS.

I may add more into this, and it's just off the cuff. Ideally, I would like this done for each NEW site, and eventually working through the old.

If you contact me on this. Make sure you give me your per hour, or per site pricing. I can tell you this WILL influence my decision. Also time lines for each. YOUR EXAMPLES of past work. I will check them. So there needs to be a clear path back to your finger in the pie.

If you contact me on ICQ, I will tell you to contact me in e-mail. If you do not contact me via e-mail. I may, or may not, consider your work. If you have people who have worked with you, or highly recommend you. Please include their info.

You aren't really doing back link building, that's just building websites and doing trades. Which will have seo benefits - but it isn't backlink building.

I have a lot going on, and I know having all these things done are important short and long term. I just have my finger in a lot of pies, and much of it requires more of my attention and resources.

To teach my helpers, who do not have basic knowledge or HTML, would be a timely process that over the LONG TERM may help. But in the short term would actually take MORE of my time.

You're right. Some smaller webmasters may be willing to do this grunt work for some consistent money while working on their other plans, sites, and so forth. But finding a good blend of skills set, and balancing out the cost is always tricky when farming out work.

A lot of people could do it if they wanted to. However, unless they do it as a service, it is probably not worth it to an established webmaster. I would need to find someone up and coming who needs to do some work, while waiting for their own shit to bloom.

Yep, since you are looking for (pretty) basic link trading stuff and not more advanced one way link building strategys and projects to be done it shouldn't be that hard to find some one.

Easy job for an outsourcer, but make sure they understand exactly what you want done as they can skimp out easily.

Yep. I forgot that on my check list. But a tracking report, or sheet of what you have done, or whatever. Something where I can trace back links, and work hours claimed, and so on if needed to.

Always best for BOTH sides to have accountability.

I agree with ya there. Accountability is key in something like this. Especially in long term development. A lot of SEO, and link results you may not see for months, or a couple of quarters. Until that time, a lot of trust involved.

If they C.Y.A. with tracking as we go along. Makes it a better working relationship for everyone.

So far those I have heard from have different pieces of the pie. Which is what I kinda figured would happen going into this. No one 'catch all' who can do every part I am looking for. Or I should say, those who would want to do it, as in Nicky's case.
