That was on Saturday, a week after he promised me a refund, but said he had to wait a week to do it - no money in paypal, doesn't own a credit card, etc. When I come back and remind him, he has more excuses about why he can't do the refund. Then he wants me to wait again. I gave him until COB monday.

He know's exactly what happened. As I have posted everytime he cried, I told him to hit me up a number of times on ICQ so I could help him, but he didn't want it. He decided to just keep attacking, so he fucked himself.

Police won't get inolved over services like this. They'll take a report, yeah, but that's all.
