I have 146 sales and 99 shipped. This is a ton of orders that are not shipping. What is the deal? The sales number is average with every other month, yet the delivered amount is awful. I can no longer see what is money order, check, declined, etc.

I also can't get a response about money from before the switch to NATS.

Isn't it more likely you have 146 "orders" and 99 completed sales?

Not sure what the complaint is.. you don't get details with most programs.. but then I don't push a lot of toy stuff so maybe that's more normal with those but it's certainly not with the pay site programs.

The point is that my completted order are 1/3 of what they normally should be and I can no longer see why.

Yes, the old links work in the new system. If you want to make sure, simply go to the page with your old ref code and click on any of the links...you will see the new NATS ref code and your old affiliate ID as well.

all due respect m8, but 3 weeks ago we were told that TMM was working on the setup, and a solution was being implemented in a matter of days. I then asked for a status 2 times with no reply.

you should have waited till the system was ready for the script.

to be honest, I don't trust the big difference we had on our accounts, so we have removed all major links and only the test account is left.

Why are there radically more canceled orders in the new script compared to the old? was it because the old script didnt count all the sales or what? (I'm not saying you shave)

When the script is done and running, we will proberly put the links up again

yeapp..and thats why i said is worst then ever...ive heard about this also..
use to make about 4000USD/month with them..now 2000 and i'm pretty sure that if nothing it will change at their end then i'll not make that 2 grands .. whatever..is their product and their choice...but if so many people has problems then until now it suppoused to be solved..or hire some other company that can deal with their problems in a short time manner..

My ratio is 274 orders placed, 138 filled, since the switchover to NATS. Thats exactly 50% fill rate. I used to make around 250 orders a month with the old system, and around 7-8 of them were MOs and another 7-8 declines. Its been about a month since the switchover (August 9 was the date).

This info is what it is. I have no clue what the meaning of this data is, draw your own conclusions. I am not whining or anything.

not a lot al all..that sales are for about 1 month range...
and it can be done when you run more then 2000 domains that are promoting the same thing...i use my custom domain manager to run more then 6000 websites...and it takes couple of secundes to change somehting in all the sites..
anyway, thats another story..you can contact me for more informations regarding domain manager..
if anyone else knows anything about the new conversion for fleshlight please let me know..thank you!

They were able to resolve some issues last week, and tested over the weekend.

They are working on the NATS templates so it will display all the pending orders. A script will backdate the orders so it will show the correct numbers historically.

CT told me (or has been told) it should be done by tomorrow evening.

OK here is the bottomline.

- There is NO problem with your Earned $$.

- There are no discrepancies in actual orders. The shipped orders are accurate.

- They ship out as much money as before to affiliates.

- The only problem they had is in the way the "placed orders" are tracked. It was double posting orders in some cases.

- They have been doing everything they can as well as discuss the situation with 4 programmers, NATS and several other people in the industry.

From reading this thread, I guess that we are not the only one in this situation.

Now, the facts:

- Before the NATS switch, it was a lifetime cookie.
- Since the NATS switch, cookie is 'switchable'. If the surfer is referred by another affiliate, they get the credit instead of you.

I believe this can NOT explain the 45% dropdown we currently have since 45+ days.

We are working with fleshlightcash to find the problem. Anyone else experiencing financial dropdown please contact me so we can analyze things and find a solution:

Hell sence I started the program I only sent 600 uniques and no sales as of yet.. I'm glad someone is making hundreds of orders, I would be glad to see 10 sales but nothing.. Someone tell me how to promote this product please on my 3 new tgp sites..

As it should be. Otherwise one could have the cookie set and not make the sale and a year later someone else convinces the person to buy but they don't get the sale. Maybe the reason the huge affiliates are losing money is because they were iframing the site to get the cookie set and now they've lost out on all that.. who knows..

So it's been almost a month. What's going on with these fixes that were supposed to happen before? I know my sales have been practically non-existent and I'm starting to think about removing links.
