yeah, i caught this on tv last night by luck. not sure what to think yet. definately can tell WETA digital is doing the special effects. a few shots reminded me of LOTR... such as the wie shot of what appears to be some tpe of fortress and the shot with someone fighting what seems to be a bunch of little cg creatures. yeah i know peter jackson is directing it.

King Kong will be the one that defines him........despite LOTR.......what he had going for him on LOTR was that its been the most read book other than the Bible.......he'll have no such luck on Kong.......plus he has to live up how highly rated the original was especially for its time.........
