For me the best promos are always cash. I don't need a laptop or an Ipod, I would either give it to a friend or ebay it if I won. Instead I would rather just get some extra cash for signups.

I'd really like to see an affiliate program have week / month / whatever of getting paid like a 'normal worker' -
Sundays you get time and a half, (say $45SU), Saturday you get an overtime bonus, and extras paid on holidays.

I don't think it'd cost too much, but it'd certainly be cool

Not that there is anything worng with that;) but how about a "Spoil your Partner Promo" the Webmaster can get a giftpack, online shopping vouchers ect ect or something along those lines for their significant other.
