OK guys, i know some will say i asked for it but here's the scoop:

I sent $500 epass to Vlad and he didnt send me the money in Paypal.

This happened a month ago and Vlad has ignored all my emails since.

Epass returned a small portion of the money when Vlad didnt respond to their enquiry but im out of pocket to the tune of approx $290 and Vlad is laughing all the way to the bank.

His GFY screenname is: Vlad

His epass ID is: Vladpv

Id just like to confirm that there is no misunderstanding here.

Vlad has stolen my money and its important that everyone knows about his antics so that someone else here is not his next victim. Thats the only reason i posted about this.

I don't post on GFY lightly regarding private business. I always pay first and if you pay someone for epass/paypal exchange theres an expectation that you will get your money the same day. If the other party takes a day or two, well it can happen.

Stretching it, even a week without communication might be for a genuine reason but when you havent received the money two or three weeks later then, in the absence of a satisfactory (or in this case "any") explanation, you know you've been cheated.

I gave Vlad every opportunity to rectify the situation before I contacted Epassporte, who subsequently returned a small portion of the money to me from his account.

To clarify, I emailed him many times about this and I waited a whole month before posting here which I think is reasonable amount of time but I didnt want to delay it any further and risk that someone else should fall victim to his thievery.

I always pay first so it was inevitable that I would be ripped off at some point. My failing was that I didnt do my research before hand and therefore I didnt know about his history. His early join date lead me to believe that he was probably trustworthy.

As for the lost money, well I just received an email from Vlad telling me that he wont be paying me so i will have to deal with it. Im sorry to hear that Vlad has cheated someone (for $3k?) which is a lot more than I lost. I hope that guy will get his money back first.

It wont discourage me from doing deals here though as 99.99% of the people here CAN be trusted. I have done multiple deals here over the years and this is the first time i have *ever* been ripped off.
