I know I shouldnt laugh because I've seen adult dating sites out there which I would guess have about no real girl profiles.. but common... talk about screwing the surfer for those who do this....

so far we are building all real profiles...it is a slow process but i think one that will work better than sites that say they have 5 million people and 1/2 of that is a spoofed # and a ton of fakes entered in daily...

Real profiles are great but getting someone to pay for a membership takes having a lot of members close to the user that he/she has a chance with. Sites full of glamor shots make a surfer think twice but probably not as often as not enough ppl living in their town. You would probably be best off hooking up with an existing site and share their db for a while then once you have enough of your own members you can wean your site off of their db.

i actually like that idea DEA thanks...sunday is supposed to be a day or reflection and family....my drama skills are slightly diminished on sundays as i am in relax mode....as for shaving programs...i cant name names as you know...but any good webmaster can compare apples with apples and know who shaves click counts to make conversions look better...shit..even noobs can do that.....

Real profiles. Even if starting with a smaller member base. Fake profiles are the worst thing for a dating program. I know that having a ton of profiles (fake ones included) will make a quick buck, but I think for retention real profiles for all members are a must.

Once word spreads about fake profiles, people get pissed.
