Take away the setup fee's.Although Scanning the boards long enough you tend to know all you have to do is contact most host and they cater their plans to you.The plans you sell may be good to some people as is.I may look at it and say while it looks good I need extra Ip's.I contact you and get them for the same price as the guy buying the package as is.If he needs extra Ip's he pays extra.Its the nature of the beast regardless of what you offer someone will need something different.
