Ever since you posted here that your ToS does not allow using domains with your trademarked name, I contacted Brujah and he was kind enough to show me one site that is in direct violation of your ToS. After that, I just had to go to Google to find several others. One of them was even in the first page of GFY today and I didn't see you pointing this out.
It is not in my interest to start measuring dicks here, but I think that if this is a rule in your ToS, it should apply to every webmaster, since we all agreed to the same terms.
Also, I may have read quickly or have poor "legal stuff" comprehension, but I didn't see anything in the ToS that specifically disallowed the use of domains with Jordan's name in it.

I really do not expect you to pay me since I didn't even start pushing your stuff until I parked those two domains, which obviously had no work in them.
Have a good time hunting down all the people that dilute your SE results. That is, all of those who aren't your friends...
Anyway, I'm done with Lightspeed (never got started, actually).

Jordan Capri is NOT a registered trademark.
Lightspeed Media Corporation only filed for TM on October 10, 2006. It has not yet been even been reviewed.
So do with it whatever you wish, because Mr. Lightspeed cannot do anything to make you hand over those domains, and he knows it.
