    1. read the damn thing - and then re-read it until you understand it.
    2. hire a lawyer who specializes in adult.
    3. take his advice - and obey the regs.

    Or to put it more simply, act like a responsible businessman/woman, and not a one-step-away-from-Burger-King chump looking for an easy way out that doesn't exist.
