Paysighting = Scammer

Hi,
Paysighting is a scammer ..
about 2-3 weeks ago I've posted here on GFY thread about epass to paypal exchange : http://www.gfy.com/showthread.php?t=881409

So he send me ICQ etc.. so I've sent him $530 and waited about 5-6 minutes and no money and no answers ..
after a couple of hours he told me to send him an email and I did it and here was his reply:

I have never ever scammed someone, and i could never live with a thing like this.
I used your money to pay that fucking bill.

Is my bills your responsibilty? No, of course not. But again, i was desperate and afraid. I saw a chance and i took it.

Now what? I'm not gonna just sit here and keep your money. I'm gonna pay it back. Every single dime. Only thing is i cant do it today.

All i ask is that you dont ruin any threads for me, so that i can gather epass funds from a cpl. of new design deals im going to offer tomorrow, and Friday.

Im not asking you to forgive me. That would just be silly if i expected something like that.
No, only thing i ask is that you leave my threads alone, so i can make some $ to pay you back asap.

It's not just tulku i owe money. I have accepted a whole lot of work and took 50% and from a few 100% upfront.
I'm on my daughters computer right now, cause i had to sell my computer a few days ago.

That means i cant deliver anything.

But, i'll pay back everything that i owe people. It'll take months and maybe more, but i'll make it somehow. Tulku will be the first in line.

It's very sad that everything came down to this mess, but i've been desperate the last few months.

Again, i'll pay back every single dime.

If you have read everything around him before this situation, you'd know he was a trustworthy, hardworking guy. It's fucked up, but he did plan to deliver the work he was given. I bought a logo from him and he delivered - he was ridiculously honest regarding the transfer scam as well and was planning to finish the work to be able to pay back, but now he can't finish the work and he has to choose.

It was probably not just the light bill that was the whole problem, it was just the first thing to pay as to be able to keep working for the money. The reason he sold his computer and not his daughter's is that his was good and would actually sell..
