Was the content shipped/invoiced/paid to your client or not? Your client advertises in our traffic network, so I could ask them about it if needed. Shall I ask it?

Please advise what to do with the 600+ dvds we send you for 3 licenses each per dvd, in august 2009. Untill today 1800 licenses remain "unanswered for" in our accounting, shipping and hard drive costs as agreed upon.

We've overpaid a couple of studios because we did not wait for confirmation of titles by the clients, so we are getting confirmation of what is accepted/rejected by the clients first before issuing any further studio payouts.

Btw Jacques found a couple of duplicate studios you had sent on the hd to us of studios/titles we had already shipped to the clients through earlier deals..I will have Kevin email you with the complete breakdown as soon as he is finished.

If you would just pay your invoice and report properly after 11 months, I would not have to post here to start with and I could use that same time to make sales to people that DO pay.

Mine is outstanding, yes.
I got the report (which was inaccurate after 8 months of emails and pressure to obtain it in the first place), then they requested an invoice for the reporting, I send it and I got paid 20% of the invoice after a while. Then they said it was for another client, I thought it was just for ONE deal...so most likely they sold the content more then once, underreported the sales and paid me 20% of what they actually reported and stopped answering emails the last days.
I don't want to go in to what I know more from others, I focus on my invoice and my deal only here.
