See I have a slight problem with this comment. I know the owner in question is in Russia, but for now thats not important. I want to say that Myself as a Canadian would see jail time for complying with 2257, or showing anyone the ID of one of my models. That said I do have ID's and releases, so me saying I cant show them does not mean they are underage or that I do not have them.

CP is one thing, and you can report that and have the proper authorities look into it.
ID's and releases... That can get sticky depending on where the owner is from as I mentioned. And with that, do you email every program asking to see a copy of the release and ID's befor you promote them?

Sometimes an obvious illegal, or rather grey area, action isnt all it cracks up to be. You have to hit them on the things you know are illegal, that being the stolen content from yourself or other owners that you KNOW have the proper documents to enforce their ownership of said content.

Nothing there that mentions hard core and simple nudity does not constitute CP.

They suspended your affiliate account because the paysite owner fucked up? What site was this? I've never heard of that one but I believe that could happen I suppose.

Also..Is this really a DDOS attack or did something else happen? The server is unresolvable. I remember being the victim of a reflected DDOS attack (worse than your normal DDOS because the packet headers are being spoofed) for like a week once but the routes could still be traced. I'm wondering if they got hacked?

I'd say a VERY convincing case has been made that there is indeed underage content on their sites. In fact I'd say it was proven.

If I was ccbill I wouldn't be waiting for a DCMA.

Yes...it is a big well known site. I'd rather not mention the name, but they are very reputable. The bottom line is that they gave me some gallery content for a particular girl. Long after I posted the gallery, the girls parents came along (pissed off that she was posing, obviously), and made the claim that the girl was underage. One of my galleries was evidently shown to ccbill along with the parents claim.

Long story short...the site took down all of their sets of this girl...I deleted all of the galleries of this girl...and ccbill calmed down. But only after the site told ccbill that they had supplied the content to me.

Now...perhaps the site had docs and this is what caused ccbill to chill out...but their initial reaction was swift.

I don't blame them at all. Pretty much everyone got caught in the middle of the dispute between the girl and her parents, I guess.

Yes, ccbill will shut down their account after a "FEW" producers send DMCA's to ccbill. One producer is not good enough. They want 2 or 3, which I think is fucked up, but at least they will do something if a few guys step to the plate.
