I am still here working through the massive amounts of email I get and I will post news if I have some but when it comes to me and my family getting threatened by misdirected anger over a situation where I am just as frustrated as everyone else and just an employee and I try to do all I can to help. I am starting to keep a lower profile.

Nothing personal here, I know you're doing what you're told to do, but I smell bullshit.
Mallick KNOWS EXACTLY why St Kitts asked Visa to shut ePassporte down, AND he KNEW IT WAS COMING!!!
Even VISA told him why it was shutdown.
It's now been 10 days since everyone's been told of the shutdown, and NOT ONCE did Mallick or yourself give us ANY reasons whatsoever why this happened, nor any of the solutions being worked on to rectify the issue.
You have given us NOTHING to build our confidence that ePassporte is going to come back business as usual.. NOTHING but bullshit semantics and PR blah blah to keep us waiting and stringing us along while "funds are in motion"
Had we the card and account holders been given the reasons why this happened, there would of been none of this speculation nonsense perpetrated and perpetuated by the GFY trolls and a whole shitload of nonsense and fears could of been avoided, less of course the reason is so damaging that it would create a burst of outrage worse than the current one, or maybe that's exactly why ePassporte is so quiet on this issue.
How long will it be before someone gets ahold of someone at Visa International or St Kitts and gets ALL the details? Wouldn't it be better that ePassporte get out all the facts instead of someone else?
NONE of the statements given thus far give us ANY assurance whatsoever that ePassporte is going to bounce back from this problem. Surely people's money being SAFE and IN MOTION are nice to know, but what of the other aspects, such as the virtual visa, etc, etc..

Classic case of history repeating itself
1. A problem arises (seemingly)
2. You are assured within a reasonable timeline of the initial problem (1-3 days) that the details of the problems are too complicated to explain (funds in motion
) but rest assured that your money is safe and secure.
3. You are later re-assured that the money is safe, and you're either given a fictitious timeline as to when funds will be dispersed or you're told that an exact date for the problem to be fixed is unknown.
< A whirlwind of emotions sets in, faith for some, rage for others, speculation, speculation, until finally everyone starts to accept little by little that the money is likely gone >
4. Weeks/months pass, and another official statement surfaces explaining <a whole bunch of bullshit> and that unfortunately the funds will not be recoverable for 6 months.
5. More mixtures of emotions. Tons of speculation. 6 months pass, and the funds in motion have finally reached their destination.
(As far away from ePass clients as it can ever get)

Threatening you and your family sucks, you were here to help us all so many times over the years when no one else at Epass could, you solved problems that no one else at Epass was able to. Threatening you and your family is not helping anyone, instead this issue it should be looked at in a manner that if this goes the way everyone suspects it will, you would be on the market for employment and any company with any form of long term vision and money to pay you would note that, and aproach you in regard to work as you could be the steal of the centuary for any company that snaps you up. Without you probably a third or more of Adult industry customers would have left Epass services.
I for one hope this gets sorted out, we have three Epass accounts and could not wish for anything more than Epass working again, but I do feel it is a lost cause and we have to be prepared to loose again just like we all lost to iBill, with iBill we all were speculating for far too long as to what to do that we probably lost twice as much as we should have had we acted sooner. Hopefully history is not repeating itself, but I for one cannot find one single reason to believe it is not. I do not expect Epass to survive and pay all back...Yes I am hopeful, but am looking at it in such a way that if we do get paid by Epass it would be an Xmas bonus that we are not expecting and Yes we would carry on using them in the future.
Epass has been a major part of our monthly income for a number of years, but now we are making every effort to adapt and survive, we are not holding our breath waiting for something that may never arrive. We believed in iBill for too long, hung on and got stung major....we won't do it again and if it does come through it is an Xmas bonus....a big one.....
All we can do is have hope....

it's one thing to get frustrated and then piss and moan about Chris not answering simple questions like "Why exactly did this happen?" and "What is your plan to resolve it?"... that shit is legit.. but threatening an employee and his family is beyond crossing the line.
It is unfortunate that you were put in this position of being the PR guy, who has to deal with people starving for info, some of which are extremely desperate, but you are not being given any information with any type of substance or value. That's just a bad spot to be in
