The "news" is that NO news is NOT good news. The days pass into weeks into months and the thugs at Paymonde continue to get away with stealing our money.
Sadly, I cannot speak to any "news" concerning legal action against these criminals leading to the restitution of our hard-earned funds. With all due respect, the originator of this post has been strangely reticent to comment concerning what progress (if any) has been or is being made.Comment

Only suggestion I got is do not trust any processor with your funds unless they can show evidence of security for your money in the event of their demise.
The fact is most processors can not do this - they act as a bank and have no measures in place should they go bust. That insecurity includes the "biggest" processors downwards and it's only a matter of time who goes bust next.
