I understand the original poster being unhappy about so many sponsor checks getting later or going missing lately. There have been so many stories on the boards about this recently. I am also bummed out by how many sponsors right now are slow-paying or no-paying. I am annoyed by the ridiculous excuses some of one or two of them come up with to avoid or put off paying a small tab.
I just don't think that concern applies to this sponsor. It really doesn't freak me out when a sponsor who has paid me for years, in a way which is easy to account for, pays within a plus or minus a week timeframe.
Before the economy tanked, sponsors always paid a day or two late on holiday weeks, so it just is not news.Comment

Step back and look at how you've presented yourself with this thread. You're pissed that a solid program is a day or two late with your payment. So you take it upon yourself to bite the hand that feeds you - for no other reason than they're slightly late in payment (which may be due to the US postal service over the Labour Day weekend).
In the last 4-5 years I've seen a LOT of assholes on GFY - but you really take the cake.

KD made the rules, not Cutty, the 10th has come and gone. You would think allowing theirselves a 10 day payment window would be adequate, but, ePassporte seems to have dropped the ball.
To end the speculation on our payment situation we are waiting for epassporte to load our funds. It has been over 5 business days since we sent them money. We have confirmation from our bank the wire was received. John and I are available if you have any additional questions.Comment
