Some of you may remember that I posted a request for information about Epassporte and Chris Mallick a few months ago on this site.

Those wires and ACH payments that a lot of people were waiting on never came. I had two sizable ACH payments vanish.

The only lawyer on that small island who would agree to go after Mallick was just arrested. There are conspiracy theories about that since Mallick had very clear business ties to the most powerful man on the island. There are a few threads on here about that. i know i havent read the article yet but i imagine the reason you feel the storry is somewhat incomplete is you haven't been able to contact j christpher mallick in person, on the phone or in email to get his side of the story....im assuming hes MIA and nobody has any idea of his whearabouts?

I wasn't a doubter, but I am very grateful to see the epass article publish. A lot of times a story gets turned in but doesn't see print.

I am sure many of the big players are paid like they have always been each time a processing company crashes and burns. Those who could afford to sue get paid. Any of the bigger BROgrams get paid. It's only the smaller players who typically lose their money.

The best part is, he will be back in a few years somewhere else and people will line right back up for whatever the new venture is. That is how it has always has worked in adult. The same companies, or individuals who ripped you off last time are back under some new company name.

Epassporte hasn't paid out one single cent.

The SKNA National Bank has paid out the money that was on their virtual visa cards, but Epassporte has not paid out the money they are holding.
