Personally I find it offensive that there's a random sig in everyone's posts

I don't like that AT ALL.

I'd rather pay lens a regulation commision on my sig and post space and be able to promote who I choose in my own posts than have someone who I don't know and have no track record on be shown to somehow be associated with me.

infact I actually find that QUITE offensive.

Not only is it apparent that they are added to every 3rd post but its not a sig, its not part of your message, its in an area you do NOT control. So when your post count calls for a random statement like 'I know PK' or something like that is that liable?

This is marketing, the reason GFY exists is to create ad revenue for Lens and company.

I'm sorry you feel this way but resource sites should help brand products and this is one really effective way to do it. It is FARRRRR more effective than buying a banner that is in rotation with xx others and gets rarely seen
