to a certain extent yes. Google sees the keywords as seperate if seperated by a hyphen as opposed to one big word. But, it depends on how you are getting links. If you are refspamming for example, keyword rich hyphenated URLS are good as the keywords you want link relevance for are in your URL. If you are doing link trades or generating links in other ways, then the ancor text is important, not the URL.

Its a vague question, but basically the secret is in the keywords. The more keywords you have, the better your chance of getting traffic is. I run about 3 million Keyword phrases across all my niches. I build a page for each keyword phrase - automatically generated. I have no interest in being no 1 in google for "hardcore" or "blow job" as you get dobbed in as a spammer within a month and lose your traffic. GO for 'sexy asian chick getting fucked"

I have been no 1 for blow job in the past and the traffic was awesome, but nothing compared to ranking somewhere on page 1 for 1 million different 4 or more keyword phrases

I would choose 3 sites as recipient link sites, then for each recipient, set link clusters of 4 sites, link em together and push a link to the recipient. for each cluster. I would also link one of the link donor sites to a different link cluster

then interlink the link recipients, but not by recips

domains for me provide really great traffic for between 2 and 4 months depending on how agressive I get on the keyword phrases. I have about 40 domains that have been with me for the last 2 years.

Domain renewals is done by my wife and is based on a simple formulea of uniques, greater then 40 Uniques per month, get renewed. Anything less is not renewed. I convert solidly at 1:600, plus a margin, means that I will get one sale at $30 for the $6.95 I pay for the domain, which is a comfortable profit margin.

I dont care about the domain extension. I use all. recently I have been using .biz simply coz it hasnt been around for long, so there is little chance of it being already banned by google. The woirst thing you can do as an seo spammer is buy domains that have already been banned by google.

that I cant answer as there is no golden rule, it depends on the keywords you are wanting to get ranked for. I could spend 1 month trying to get ranked for "data recovery" and still fail. thats why I dont shoot for the really competitive keyword phrases.

I find that textboxes interfere with my keyword %age - i consider keyword distribution, frequency and psition in my spam.

Dont hide text on pages unless you really know what you are doing

PR doesnt matter, it depends on the Keyword phrase, anywhere between 0 and 6

depends on the technique I am using - between 3 days for refspam, and about 2 months for dmoz / paid liksting.

I used to use a desktop tool that made all the pages, then I uploaded them. OVer the last 6 months I have been developing a php script - now complete - that automatically buys domains, delegates them on my server, adds the keywords and builds the pages, based on templates that I specify. There is nothing comercially available that does this that I know of. Basically its all custom built and, NO, ITS NOT FOR SALE.
