How do I convert mp3's so I can burn them on to a cd

How do I convert mp3's so I can burn them on to a cd so they will work in my car?
What format do they have to be to play in a normal cd player?
    Thanks

... there are mp3 players for cars, so best thing is to get one of those, otherewise you´ll need a software like this one here:

Just convert them to wav files. Adapcrap 5.0 does it on the fly for you I think or you can just goto google and search for mp32wav or mp3towav and you'll find a prog that will do it for you.

There are a ton that do the bullshit mp3 to wav on the fly. I prefer Nero, but there are literally dozens.

Now just figure out how to use irc, join #albums and #imp-iso and you will never buy another cd again.

your CD burner should include software that will do this for you automatically for audio burning

I've always preferred Nero, with version 5.0 being the newest version.

All you do is select your mp3s and Nero does the rest

The Adaptec audio cd creator that ships with most CD burners automatically converts mp3s to wav files so you can play it in your home/car stereo. If you don't have this proggy, try download.com and get a shareware mp3 to wav converter.
