Because Microsoft bought out GIANT software. All this is, is Giant AntiSpy with a new name. And Giant has always made the best antispyware.

And as far as legit copys, there are SEVERAL copies of the beta floating around the web for h4xed copies of Windows.

we run it at the office only if spybot/ad-aware don't clean it up. Or if we know the customer has a lot of spyware problems. Does a pretty good job, been using it since it was Giant.

Microsoft in my opinion is better. It's free, you should check it out yourself. I have both and I haven't had an issue since the dl of MS.

Lens, I downloaded it about a month ago, and I have been very pleased with it. It is very easy to configure to auto update and run the spy checker. It's very unobtrusive and has picked up on stuff none of the others did. Give it a try bro.
