Various Inc, the parent company of AdultFriendFinder, ALT.com, OutPersonals, and Streamray has been carefully reviewing the new regulations with our legal counsel to understand what changes we will need to make to safeguard our company and you. We are committed to complying with the law and continuing to operating the world?s best adult dating sites.


Here are the changes that will be effective June 23:



· We are pulling all sexually explicit banner ads on our site. We will continue to provide banners showing limited nudity (breasts and buttocks) but will no longer show genitals or anything resembling sex.



· We will automatically replace hosted banners so if you are using our hosted banners, you do not need to do anything.



· If you have downloaded banners to your server, you must remove them and replace them with new banners from our site. Although we have collected our models' photo IDs and releases, we are making no representations that any sexually-explicit banners are 2257 compliant under the new regulations



· We will no longer offer geo-targeted banners with nude content.



· We are currently working to ensure all of our hosted TGP galleries are fully 2257 compliant. In some cases, we will be replacing images on those hosted galleries. However, we will not change the number of images per page or the general type of content.



· If you have used TGP gallery content on your server, you should delete those images and replace them or utilize our hosted galleries. Hosted galleries and images we have offered in the past will NOT be 2257 compliant under the new regulations.

a) Will existing explicit profile images be removed from AFF?
b) Will new customers be required to submit I.D. that meets the 2257 record keeping requirements?

Knowing that the banners will automatically be updated with non-explicit images is useful. But the above questions cover issues that address the ongoing marketability of AFF.

If I.D is required, the sales will likely take a short drop. Webmasters may decide to stay with AFF regardless, but I feel it only fair that your affiliates be given the information they need to make a informed, intelligent business decision.

We added a 2257 notice to that iframe. You'll just need to make the frame either scrollable or expand its size.
