it's not a question of stopping CP on the sites, it's stopping children from visiting porn sites.... making it easier for mom's and dad's to block .xxx sites on their home computer.

Mom & dad need to have their PC taken away if they can not do this already.
Odds are most children are at least ten times more tech savy than the biological morons who hatched the problem in the first place. After being over someones house and seeing first hand a parent asking their kid how to unblock the R rated movie again, and seconds latter the kid had it done. I just know it is a waste of damn time and resources.
