Considering selling SexForums.com

I am considering selling sexforums.com and wanted to get a couple opinions such as any way to increase the selling price (design, layout, etc), price, where to list for sale, what info to include, or any other general opinions.

Here are some quick stats:
Approximately 15 new members, 15 new threads, and 250 new posts per day.

Domain name first registered in 1999. Site went live in fall 2004.

On and off of Google and Yahoo for some reason. Sometimes ranked #1 for the term "Sex Forums" and sometimes ranked #100, ranked #1 on msn. Could get a lot more traffic with a bit of SEO. Currently get's about 500 uniques a day with peeks of 1000. 10's of thousands of daily hits, I can post a number once cpanel is back up.

Makes $100-$200 with a small AFF advertisement and a couple text replacement links. This is little but I rather not push more advertisements on users until forum grows stronger.

Would most likely be looking for $30,000 or more. Lot's of time and money invested. The domain name is worth quite a bit itself with over 100 other generic domain names registered with the term sexforum in it. I am not 100% sure of selling it as I know it has huge future potential but if the right offer is made I could use the extra cash at the moment.

Hot domain but I don't like the site, too cluttered for my taste.

I like simple straight forward forums like gfy and others but can't post em here. Just my 2 cents.

Monthly. I really have not pushed advertisements on users. It is a very user friendly forum. With some marketing, a better layout, and some good ad placement, this site has amazing potential.

I could use the money right now for other investments. I never really pushed advertisements on the members so they all love the forum and it's a big family. The members are the extremely friendly and helpful. I just a. don't have the time, b. could use the money for other things. I put a lot of time into the site but I am sure if it was in the hands of a larger company or a person who can dedicate themselves to it, it has the potential to be huge.
