It's nearly impossible to find good pizza outside of NY. When you do it's usually by someone from NY and it's not nearly as good. I don't know if I buy that whole, "It's in the water" bullshit though.

Hotel Pizza has to blow. Their $20 burgers are bullshit too.

Total waste. I hate room service with a passion. I especially hate the mini bottles of Ketchup and Mustard.

The booze is the only redeeming quality of that trainwreck of a meal.

I was born and raised in Jersey City myself, but even I must admit that's a bold statement. We had great pizza parlors and all, but NY good? Maybe. But it's tough, and this coming from someone who is usually always NJ-biased.

You would be really suprised how good the Pizza is in Northern NJ, one of the best is about a mile from my studio. They have won many many pizza competitions and were voted best pizza in NJ. Im not saying the pizza in NY isnt good but with the amount of Italians in Northern NJ there has to be some kick ass pizza.
