You'd have to see their bottom line first. I have no inside info, purely a reasonable assumption, but their profits have been slipping for awhile now.

The traffic might be stable ( although hard to predict what possibly .xxx will bring ) but the conversions surely have dropped in adult over the years.

it's been stolen for a while, but let's say it made him $15 Million till now and now he sells for $15 Million = that's $30 Million profit for a $70 investment, not bad
