i just sent one of those to one of my affiliates for a contest on another board.

i can honestly say i will never send anyone anything apple again. their customer support and ordering system is so fucked i am suprised that the affil even got the damn thing. it literally took me about 10 phone calls to make sure that it was right. they repeatedly screwed up all the information on the order, tried to force me into the care plan which is a scam, and never once did i get an order confirmation or reciept still. they had the wrong address 3 times for the affiliate, once the order was completely lost. i cannot believe that they are so big. never had good times dealing with apple.

We bought several and had them send it to us directly and then we reshipped it. Only problem was we had to deal with the post office and they don't like it when each package needs different postage (sending overseas to multiple countries).

I go into the Palo Alto post office once a year but they know me. LOL!!

I think we got it right this time. Print postage from online and schedule a pickup. Still a pain for overseas packages though with the customs forms but better than in the post office.
