I spent the time and money with my lawyer yesterday and today to get a waiver drafted up for Joe to okay, so I can send him a hard copy to sign and notarize.
This is the 2nd time now he is making excuses, as our convo the night before on icq, he said, anytime, anywhere. I said, next month in Vegas. He backed out of that, citing family committments. I said, fine, Aug 3rd.
This is his answer. It seems he wants me to wait till end of July to get my answer, as he can't foward the email to his lawyer right now and call monday.
